Located more than 1,000 meters above sea level, Grendelwald is set against the backdrop of the Wetterhorn, Eiger and Jungfrau. Fly into either of Switzerland’s international airports in Zurich, Geneva, Basel or Berne. Easyjet and Swiss International Air Lines fly from most UK airports into these airports.

For beginners, the slope on Bodmi is an ideal place for beginner skiers of all ages.

There are various activities you can enjoy during winter such as; mountaineering, skiing or tobogganing. Skate on ice during a normal rink on snowshoes through the overwhelming mountainous scenery. Grindelwald provides tracks to skiers who skate across the country on complex heights.

St. Petronnell Pilgrims Way was created in’99. These picturesque footpaths were designated “Pilgrim’s Ways to the legendary location of the St. Petronnell Chapel” and include several spots of interest along the way.
